Shipping and Returns

We do wish to ensure your satisfaction with both our products and services - please contact us if you have any problems, we will do what we can to help.

Our aim is to deliver all orders within 48 hours, to UK residents. However, depending upon your location, and local services we cannot guarantee this.

We cannot replace items due to accidental damage. All faulty items must be returned within 7 days.

You have the right to a 7 day cooling off period to notify us in writing if you wish to cancel an order and return the goods.

All orders are confirmed by e-mail.

You will receive full reimbursement in the unlikely event of a fraudulent credit or debit card incident.

If for any reason You are unhappy with your purchase, please notify us in writing (or by telephone) within seven working days after date of delivery and return to us with the original packaging and in a saleable condition. We will provide you with a full refund within 30 days of receiving the goods.
