UK DELIVERIES
Parcels for delivery within the UK and Northern Ireland will be dispatched the first working day after receipt of the order. The postal service we use will normally deliver within 1 - 2 working days. However a minimum of 3 working days should be allowed before making enquiries regarding deliveries. Postage and Packing are free.
If you require a 24 hour delivery, please place your order by telephone on 020 7247 5497. There is a charge of £5 for this service.
OVERSEAS AND ROI DELIVERIES
Overseas and ROI orders will be dispatched the first working day after receipt of the order, using Royal Mail AirSure or International Signed For delivery service. Life Mel's responsibility for the package ends once it has been accepted by the carrier. If a problem should arise, please contact us at questions@lifemel.co.uk or on 00 44 207 247 5497 and we will give you a tracking number for you to query with www.royalmail.com.
GENERAL
As Life Mel is an entirely natural honey bee product, changes in temperature may cause it to thicken and crystallise. This is a normal occurrence which does not alter its' properties. For this reason, we are unable to offer refunds on opened jars of Life Mel. To return it to a runnier texture, stand the jar in hot (not boiling) water for approximately 20 minutes or until it has reached the consistency you prefer.
